RoomRoster is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for people who host recurring online “venues” like coworking rooms, office hours, workshops, and community hangouts across Zoom/Meet/Teams/Discord. Instead of juggling links, calendars, and manual moderation, hosts create a venue with schedules, capacity rules, pricing (free, donation, membership), and entry requirements. Attendees discover sessions via a simple directory, reserve a seat, and get a single smart join link that only works at the right time. Hosts get a control panel for check-in, waitlists, no-show handling, and post-session follow-ups. It’s not trying to be another video platform; it’s the operational layer that makes online venues feel reliable and professional. AI is used sparingly for auto-generated event pages, summaries, and moderation flags, but the core value is workflow and access control.
