RoomRundown is a mobile + web AI-assisted interior design planner that turns a single room into an actionable, budget-aware project plan. Users answer a short questionnaire (room type, style tolerance, constraints, renters vs owners), upload a few photos, and optionally a rough measurement. The app generates a realistic “room rundown”: a prioritized checklist (paint, lighting, layout, storage), a shoppable list with price tiers, and a weekend-by-weekend timeline. It focuses less on pretty renders and more on execution: what to buy first, what can wait, and what will actually fit. It also flags common mistakes (rug sizing, TV height, lighting temperature mismatch) and suggests low-risk swaps.
