RoomRunner is a web + mobile operations app for escape room owners and game masters to run sessions consistently, even with new staff. It provides a timed control panel per room: clue release buttons, hint templates, emergency reset checklists, and a live “game health” view that tracks time remaining, hint count, and common failure points. After each session, it generates a simple debrief: where teams stalled, which puzzles caused bottlenecks, and what to tweak in the room flow. This is not a consumer escape-room game; it’s back-of-house tooling that most venues still handle with paper notes, walkie-talkies, and memory. The MVP focuses on making game mastering repeatable and reducing training time, while producing actionable analytics without requiring expensive hardware integrations. Optional AI assists with hint wording and post-game summaries, but the core value works without it.
