During a 7–14 day trial, both people log quick check-ins (1 minute/day) about friction points and dealbreakers, plus optional incident notes (e.g., missed payments, smoking, overnight guests). At the end, the app generates a compatibility summary and a clear go/no-go recommendation based on mutually defined rules—not vibes. It’s not a magic matchmaker; it’s a decision tool that reduces expensive mistakes, awkward confrontations, and mid-lease blowups. Monetization: $9.99 per trial per person or $4.99/month for unlimited trials, plus verification fees.
