RootCauseHQ is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) for diagnostic analytics: it tells you why a KPI changed, not just that it changed. Connect your warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) and define key metrics (revenue, conversion, churn, CAC). When a metric moves, the app automatically runs segmented “difference decomposition” across dimensions (channel, geo, device, plan, cohort), flags statistically meaningful drivers, and generates a plain-English narrative with supporting charts and SQL you can audit. It also detects common data issues (late-arriving events, schema changes, duplicate rows) so teams stop chasing phantom root causes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic analytics for attribution/decomposition plus an LLM layer to summarize findings, propose next checks, and draft incident notes. The goal is fewer fire drills and faster, defensible answers.
