RosterEqual

RosterEqual helps girls’ and women’s teams document and improve equity in day-to-day sports decisions—playing time, positions, training reps, travel roster, and resource access. Coaches log participation with quick taps during practice and games; athletes and parents can view transparent summaries without exposing sensitive details. The app flags patterns that often trigger complaints (e.g., one group consistently gets fewer reps, fewer starts, or less development time) and generates simple, shareable reports for clubs and schools. It’s not a magic wand: it won’t fix biased coaching by itself, and adoption is the hard part. But for programs that genuinely want to reduce disputes and retain athletes, it creates an objective record and a feedback loop. The product focuses on practical workflows—fast logging, clear dashboards, and exportable documentation—rather than vague “empowerment” content.
