RosterLedger is a web app with optional mobile companion for sports teams and small-to-mid leagues to manage player contracts, bonuses, per-diems, appearance fees, and compliance deadlines in one place. It replaces fragile spreadsheets with a structured contract library, automated payment schedules, and audit-ready logs. The app flags common money drains—missed escalators, duplicate reimbursements, late termination notice windows, and unapproved agent fees—before they hit the bank account. It also generates clean exports for accountants and payroll providers, and gives executives a simple cash-flow view by month and by roster. This is not a glamorous product, but it targets a very real operational gap: many organizations below top-tier pro levels still run finance ops manually. The AI component is limited and practical: it extracts key terms from uploaded contracts and suggests reminders, but humans approve everything.
