RosterLock is a web + mobile app for esports teams and orgs to manage roster eligibility, contracts, and league compliance without spreadsheet hell. It centralizes player IDs, residency/age verification status, contract dates, buyout clauses, and league-specific rules (import limits, roster lock deadlines, substitute rules). It pushes deadline alerts, flags risky moves (e.g., player not eligible for a match day), and generates shareable “compliance packets” for tournament admins. The AI layer reads league rulebooks and converts them into checklists and automated validations, so managers don’t miss obscure requirements. It also logs roster changes with approvals to prevent internal disputes. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational pain that repeatedly causes forfeits, fines, and public drama—especially in semi-pro and emerging regions where ops staff is thin.
