RosterLock

RosterLock is a mobile + web app for college club and non-revenue varsity programs to manage eligibility, waivers, dues, and competition rosters without spreadsheet hell. Teams upload player info once, then the app tracks required documents (medical waivers, concussion training, student status), dues/payment status, and league-specific eligibility rules. Before each match, coaches generate a “legal roster” that flags ineligible athletes and produces a shareable roster PDF for officials. It also keeps an audit trail for disputes and a simple incident report flow. This is not a fan app; it’s operations software for the people who get blamed when paperwork is wrong. Realistically, the initial wedge is club sports and smaller athletic departments that can’t justify enterprise platforms but still face real compliance and forfeiture risk.
