RosterLock is a web + mobile app for amateur leagues and competitions that automates player eligibility and roster compliance. Teams upload rosters, IDs, waivers, age/grade proofs, and transfer forms once; the app validates requirements per league rules and flags issues (expired docs, age cutoff mismatches, duplicate players across teams, unpaid fees). On match day, officials get a fast “green/yellow/red” roster check and can record exceptions with photos and signatures. Admins see audit trails, rule templates by sport, and exportable compliance reports for disputes. This is not a flashy fan app—it’s back-office risk reduction that prevents forfeits, protests, and angry parents. Monetization is per-league subscription plus per-team add-ons for ID verification and storage. Expect grindy sales, but high retention once embedded into operations.
