RosterLock is a mobile + web app for amateur football/soccer organizers who constantly deal with last-minute dropouts, unpaid fees, and chaotic headcounts. It lets you create a match, invite players, and require a small refundable deposit (or full fee) to confirm attendance. Players tap to join, pay instantly, and get automated reminders; if they cancel late, the organizer can apply a pre-set policy (keep part/all of the deposit, or transfer it to a waitlisted player). The app also handles team balancing, substitutes, and a simple “who’s bringing bibs/ball” checklist. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational headache that ruins games weekly. Monetization is straightforward: take a small payment processing + platform fee per player or offer a subscription for frequent organizers.
