RosterMint is a mobile + web app for organizing recurring pickup games and small leagues where reliability is the real problem. Hosts create a run (day/time/location), set a headcount, and optionally require a small refundable deposit to confirm attendance. Players RSVP with one tap, pay the deposit, and get automated reminders; if they cancel late, the spot is offered to a waitlist and the deposit can be partially forfeited per the host’s rules. The app tracks attendance history and shows a simple “reliability score” so hosts can prioritize dependable players without endless group chats. It also supports quick team balancing (manual plus optional AI suggestions based on self-rated skill and past outcomes) and lightweight stat tracking if desired. The goal isn’t to be a social network—it’s to make games actually happen on time with full rosters.
