RosterMint

RosterMint is a mobile + web app for amateur sports teams that replaces the messy mix of group chats, spreadsheets, and payment chasing. Coaches or captains create a season, add players/parents, set events, and collect dues or per-game fees with automatic reminders and late-fee rules. Attendance is tracked with one-tap RSVPs, and the app generates a “who’s actually coming” lineup view before game time. It also handles shared costs (refs, field rental, tournament fees) with transparent ledgers so nobody argues about money. This is not glamorous: it’s admin work. But it’s the kind of admin that quietly kills teams when it’s done poorly. Monetization is straightforward: team subscriptions plus payment processing revenue, with optional add-ons for clubs running multiple teams.
