RosterPing

RosterPing is a mobile + web app for casual sports organizers who constantly chase RSVPs and replacements. Create a recurring game (soccer, basketball, ultimate, etc.), set capacity, skill level, and location, then invite a pool. When someone drops or you’re short, RosterPing automatically pings the best-matched available players (distance, reliability, past attendance) until the slot is filled. It also handles waitlists, simple dues collection, and “no-show” tracking so organizers can prioritize dependable players. This is not a social network; it’s an operations tool for keeping games alive. The product lives or dies on speed: one-tap RSVP, one-tap sub-in, and clear accountability. If you can’t consistently reduce organizer time and prevent cancellations, it won’t stick—so the MVP should obsess over that loop.
