RosterProof is a mobile + web app for amateur team sports that reduces last-minute no-shows by adding lightweight accountability: RSVP deadlines, optional attendance deposits, and verified check-ins. Captains create events, set a headcount target, and choose a policy (free RSVP, deposit refunded on check-in, or deposit forfeited to team fund). Players RSVP in two taps, pay via Apple Pay/Google Pay, and check in using a rotating QR code at the field. The app tracks reliability scores (private to the team), auto-fills waitlists when someone drops, and posts a simple “who’s in” roster to a shareable link. It’s not trying to replace league management software; it’s focused on the one thing that ruins games: unpredictable attendance. Monetization is straightforward: per-team subscription or small per-transaction fee on deposits.
