RosterProof
RosterProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion for field verification) that helps electoral commissions detect and resolve voter roll issues: duplicates, deceased voters, outdated addresses, and suspicious registration clusters. It ingests existing registry exports, civil registry/death records (where legally permitted), and change-of-address datasets, then runs deterministic and probabilistic matching to produce a prioritized queue of cases with clear evidence trails. Staff can assign cases, request documentation, record dispositions, and generate legally defensible audit logs and reports for courts, observers, and internal QA. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with fuzzy matching, document classification, and anomaly detection, but final decisions remain human-controlled. The goal is not “perfect rolls” (unrealistic), but fewer errors, faster remediation, and better transparency under tight election timelines.
