RosterPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps outpatient clinics and small hospitals prevent last-minute staffing holes that cause appointment cancellations, overtime spikes, and patient dissatisfaction. It connects to common scheduling sources (e.g., UKG, Kronos exports, or simple CSVs) and continuously checks for risk signals: unfilled shifts, skill/credential mismatches, PTO collisions, and coverage below safe thresholds by role. It then generates a prioritized “today/this week” action list and sends targeted notifications to the right people (scheduler, charge nurse, manager). An AI layer can suggest the best internal float options based on past fill behavior and constraints, but the core value works without full automation. The product is realistic: it doesn’t promise magic staffing, it reduces preventable chaos by making gaps visible early and routing the fix to the right owner.
