RosterPulse

RosterPulse is a web + mobile app for religious organizations to schedule volunteers, confirm attendance, and prevent last-minute gaps in services and events. It focuses on the unglamorous reality: people forget, plans change, and coordinators spend hours texting. Leaders create roles (usher, kids check-in, worship team, hospitality), set requirements (training completed, background check date), and publish schedules. Volunteers get one-tap accept/decline, automated reminders, and an easy swap/request-coverage flow. Coordinators see a live “risk” dashboard showing unfilled roles and likely no-shows based on past behavior, then can broadcast targeted requests to qualified backups. It also tracks simple compliance (who is cleared for which role) without pretending to be a full church management system. The goal is fewer frantic Sundays, less coordinator burnout, and more reliable participation across multiple services and campuses.
