RosterPulse is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion that helps youth and amateur sports organizations run the boring but mission-critical business ops: registration, waivers, background checks, SafeSport/training tracking, roster eligibility, and fee collection. It replaces the messy stack of Google Forms, PDFs, Venmo/Zelle, and email threads with a single workflow that coaches and admins can actually follow. The AI layer reads uploaded documents (IDs, medical forms, proof of age), flags missing fields, detects mismatched names/dates, and auto-generates reminders to parents. It also creates an audit trail for leagues and insurers, reducing “we lost the form” liability. This is not a fan app or a highlights app; it’s back-office plumbing for the long tail of sports clubs that can’t afford enterprise systems but still face real compliance and payment headaches.
