RosterPulse is a mobile + web app for amateur team sports (soccer, basketball, softball, hockey) that makes attendance and last-minute subs actually reliable. Captains create a season schedule, invite players, and set a required RSVP deadline. The app auto-chases non-responders, tracks habitual no-shows, and maintains a ranked “bench” of verified subs who can be pinged instantly when someone drops. Players get one-tap RSVP, availability windows, and a simple reliability score that helps them get picked up for more games. Teams can collect dues per game or per season, with automatic refunds/credits when a player cancels before the deadline. It’s not trying to be a social network or a league platform; it’s a lightweight operations tool that reduces the single biggest recurring headache in rec sports: fielding a full team every week.
