The AI layer flags likely no-shows based on past behavior, suggests optimal practice plans based on who’s actually attending, and generates quick post-practice notes you can share with parents. This is not another generic team chat app; it’s an operations tool that reduces admin time and makes participation more reliable. The MVP focuses on one sport-agnostic workflow: create sessions, invite roster, collect confirmations, track attendance, and keep everyone informed without endless texting. Monetization is per-team subscription with optional payment processing fees.
