RosterPulse

RosterPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps schools detect and respond to attendance-driven dropout risk before it becomes irreversible. It connects to existing Student Information Systems (SIS) and pulls daily attendance, tardies, schedule changes, and basic demographics. The AI layer flags students whose patterns match historical “silent disengagement” trajectories and recommends simple, policy-aligned interventions (parent contact templates, counselor check-ins, transportation flags, make-up work windows). It also gives principals a weekly “risk roster” and tracks whether interventions happened and whether attendance improved. This is not a new LMS or gradebook; it’s a narrow, operational tool for administrators and counselors who are drowning in spreadsheets and late warnings. The product lives or dies on integrations, privacy compliance, and proving it reduces chronic absenteeism with minimal extra work.
