RosterPulse is a mobile + web app that helps youth and school sports programs prevent the most common (and expensive) failures: ineligible players, missing forms, and last-minute roster confusion. Coaches and admins can track athlete eligibility (physicals, concussion training, fees, academic checks if applicable), collect e-signatures for waivers, and generate “game-ready” rosters with a clear compliance status per player. Parents get a simple portal to upload documents, pay fees, and receive reminders. The app focuses on boring but critical operations rather than stats or social feeds. It also supports multi-team households and shared documents across seasons to reduce repeated paperwork. This is a traditional app with light AI: automated document classification (e.g., physical vs waiver) and reminder prioritization based on risk (next game date, missing critical items).
