RosterRally is a mobile + web app for amateur and recreational leagues that fixes the most annoying operational problem: last-minute availability chaos. Players set recurring availability, captains see a real-time “likely lineup” score, and the app auto-pings substitutes when headcount drops below a threshold. It also handles simple dues collection per season or per game, with automatic reminders and a “paid/unpaid” roster view so captains stop chasing people. A lightweight AI layer predicts no-show risk based on past behavior, travel distance, and response patterns, then suggests who to nudge and when. This is not a full league-management suite (those already exist and are heavy); it’s a focused attendance + subs + dues tool that works even if your league uses spreadsheets or GroupMe today. Monetize per team/season with optional payment fees.
