RosterRally is a mobile + web app for organizing real-world fan clubs and supporter groups with less drama and fewer spreadsheets. It combines membership management, dues collection, event planning, and match-day coordination in one place. Chapters can create verified rosters, collect annual fees, sell limited tickets/merch drops, and manage away-trip signups with waitlists. Built-in “match day ops” tools handle attendance check-ins, bus seating, chant sheets, and push alerts for meet-up points or security changes. Community features are intentionally lightweight: announcements, polls, and role-based chat channels so leaders can moderate without living online. It’s not trying to replace Discord; it’s the boring-but-critical admin layer fan groups actually need. Monetization is SaaS for clubs (tiered by member count) plus payment processing and optional SMS add-ons.
