RosterRaven is a mobile + web app for churches running Sunday school, youth groups, and small-group classes that are tired of messy spreadsheets and unreliable follow-up. It focuses on one unglamorous but costly problem: knowing who showed up, who didn’t, and what to do next. Leaders can take attendance in seconds, log lesson topics, assign simple at-home prompts, and automatically generate follow-up tasks for absences (text, call, parent note). It includes lightweight curriculum tracking (what was taught, by whom, and when) so multiple volunteers don’t repeat or skip content. This is not a full church management system; it’s a focused “education ops” layer that integrates with existing tools. An AI assistant can draft age-appropriate follow-up messages and summarize weekly class notes into a parent update, but the core value works without AI.
