RosterReach

RosterReach is a web + mobile scouting hub for small-to-mid programs that don’t have time (or budget) for full-blown recruiting suites. Coaches upload game film or link existing video (Hudl/YouTube/private links), then tag players quickly with a simple timeline tool. The app auto-generates shareable “recruit cards” (key clips, basic measurables, contact info, eligibility, notes) and a sortable shortlist by position, grad year, and fit criteria. It also tracks outreach: when you messaged a prospect, what you sent, and next follow-up—without pretending to be a full CRM. Optional AI assists by suggesting clip boundaries (high-action segments) and creating a first-draft player summary from your tags, but it doesn’t claim to ‘find hidden gems’ magically. The goal is speed, organization, and fewer missed follow-ups.
