RosterRelay is a web + mobile AI-assisted staffing app for hourly employers who constantly scramble to cover last-minute shifts. Employers post open shifts with pay, location, and requirements; the system instantly matches to a pool of pre-vetted local workers and broadcasts offers in order of fit and reliability. Workers accept in-app, get route details, and check in/out with geofenced timestamps. The product focuses on operational trust: identity verification, basic eligibility checks, and a reliability score based on attendance and manager feedback. It also reduces no-shows by requiring a small refundable “commitment hold” (optional, employer-configurable) and sending smart reminders. The MVP avoids heavy enterprise ATS features and instead nails speed, fill-rate, and auditability for shift-based roles like retail, hospitality, warehouses, and event staffing.
