RosterRelay

RosterRelay helps grassroots clubs run genuinely inclusive sessions by solving the unglamorous problem: reliable attendance and support needs. Players (or parents/carers) create a simple accessibility profile (mobility, sensory, comms preferences, support worker required, transport needs) and set availability. Coaches publish sessions with capacity by support type (e.g., 2 wheelchair slots, 3 quiet-space-needed, 1 BSL interpreter). The app automatically suggests balanced squads, flags missing accommodations, and sends confirmation nudges so no-shows drop. A lightweight volunteer module recruits “session buddies” and tracks who’s DBS/first-aid cleared. It’s not a miracle—clubs still need people and facilities—but it reduces the friction that makes inclusive programs collapse. Monetization is realistic: club subscriptions plus optional paid SMS and background-check integrations.
