The app flags roster risk (e.g., “only 7 confirmed for 11v11”) and suggests quick fixes like broadcasting a sub request to a vetted pool. It also handles the unglamorous stuff: waivers, dues tracking, and simple attendance history. This is not a highlight-reel product; it’s logistics. The MVP should focus on being faster than texting and more dependable than spreadsheets. Monetization is straightforward: team subscriptions plus optional fees for payments and background-checked substitute access. If you can’t save a captain 30 minutes per week, it won’t survive—so the product must be ruthlessly simple and notification-smart.
