RosterRite

RosterRite is a web + mobile church administration app focused on the most consistently painful operational problem: coordinating volunteers across ministries (ushers, kids, worship, tech, hospitality) without endless texts and last-minute no-shows. Leaders create roles, requirements, and service templates; volunteers set availability and preferred roles; the system builds schedules, sends confirmations, and tracks reliability over time. It also handles simple compliance: background-check status flags for children’s ministry, training acknowledgements, and “two-adult rule” reminders. The product intentionally avoids becoming a full church-management suite (which is crowded and expensive to replace). Instead it integrates with existing tools via CSV and calendar sync, so adoption is realistic for small-to-mid churches. The UI is built for non-technical ministry leaders: one screen to fill a service, one tap to accept, and clear visibility into gaps.
