RosterRite is a web + mobile congregation management tool focused narrowly on the most painful weekly problem: volunteer scheduling and last-minute no-shows. Churches and other congregations can build role-based teams (ushers, kids ministry, worship, tech, hospitality), define service templates, and publish schedules in minutes. Volunteers receive SMS/app notifications to confirm or decline, and open shifts automatically broadcast to qualified backups. A lightweight check-in mode lets leaders mark attendance and capture notes (e.g., “needs training on soundboard”). It integrates with Google Calendar and exports simple reports for leadership. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests fair rotations, flags burnout risk, and recommends backups based on past reliability—without pretending to “run ministry.” It deliberately avoids bloated donor/CRM features to stay fast, affordable, and easy to adopt.
