RothPilot is a web + mobile app that helps people plan and execute tax-advantaged account moves (Roth IRA conversions, backdoor Roth, mega backdoor Roth, and IRA contribution timing) with fewer mistakes. It connects to your brokerage(s) via read-only aggregation, asks a short set of questions about income, filing status, and existing IRA balances, then generates a step-by-step playbook for the current tax year. The app forecasts marginal tax brackets, flags pro-rata rule landmines, estimates safe conversion ranges, and produces a “what to do next” checklist with calendar reminders. It also stores documentation (1099-R, 5498, contribution confirmations) and exports a clean summary you can hand to your CPA. This is an AI-assisted app: AI explains tradeoffs in plain English, but calculations are rules-based and auditable.
