RouteFence helps field-service businesses define, enforce, and optimize service areas based on real travel time—not crude radius maps. You draw or import zones, set rules (max drive time, minimum job value, blackout regions), and the app automatically flags out-of-area bookings from your website, call center, or dispatch tool. It also suggests micro-adjustments to boundaries using historical job locations, traffic patterns, and technician home bases to reduce windshield time. The product is intentionally narrow: fewer “CRM” features, more accuracy and enforcement. It’s a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for techs to confirm actual arrival times and capture exceptions (e.g., “took ferry” or “road closed”). Expect some customers to resist change because it will force them to say “no” to low-margin work—this is the point. If you can’t integrate with their scheduling stack, it’s dead on arrival.
