RouteLedger is a mobile + web app for indoor climbing gyms to run route-setting operations without spreadsheets, whiteboards, or scattered photos. Setters log each route/boulder with color, grade, style tags, wall zone, and install date, then attach a quick photo and notes (holds used, intended beta, safety checks). Front desk staff can instantly answer “what’s new?” and “what’s coming down?” and print clean labels/QRs. Climbers can scan a QR on the wall to see route info, report a spinny hold, and optionally log attempts—without turning the product into yet another social network. The AI component auto-generates consistent route descriptions and tags from a photo and setter notes, and flags likely grade inconsistencies based on historical gym data. The goal is boring reliability: fewer safety issues, faster resets, and better communication.
