RouteLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for ecosystem teams to orchestrate multi-partner deal and customer workflows across companies without living in spreadsheets and Slack. It creates a shared “deal route” with clear stages, owners, SLAs, and required artifacts (intro email, security docs, pricing, implementation plan). Each partner only sees what they’re permitted to see, while the orchestrator gets a full timeline, bottleneck alerts, and an audit trail. It integrates with each company’s CRM to sync minimal fields (account, stage, next step) and avoids forcing everyone onto the same system. An AI layer drafts handoff notes, summarizes call transcripts, and flags missing steps based on playbooks. Reality check: adoption is hard—so the product is designed to be useful even if only the orchestrator uses it, with partners interacting via secure links and email-based updates.
