RoutePlug

RoutePlug is a web + mobile AI-assisted planning and dispatch tool for mixed EV fleets. It builds daily routes that respect real-world constraints: vehicle-specific range degradation, payload, weather, elevation, driver breaks, depot charging capacity, and public-charger reliability. Instead of assuming chargers work, it scores stations using recent session outcomes, connector availability, and known downtime patterns, then inserts charging stops with time buffers and alternates. Dispatchers get a simple “green/yellow/red” feasibility view per route and can re-optimize in minutes when a charger fails or a job runs late. Drivers get turn-by-turn guidance, a single tap to report charger issues, and a fallback plan. The MVP focuses on making fewer missed deliveries and fewer emergency tows—unsexy, but where fleets feel the pain and will pay.
