RouteProof is a web + desktop app for autonomous vehicle operators and AV pilot programs to capture, synchronize, and package “incident-ready” evidence from disparate sources: vehicle logs, camera clips, CAN/ROS topics, GNSS/IMU traces, and operator interventions. When something goes wrong (near-miss, hard brake, disengagement, complaint), teams waste days hunting data across tools and arguing timelines. RouteProof creates a single, tamper-evident incident bundle with a unified timeline, automatic redaction options, and a shareable link for internal review, insurers, regulators, or partners. It’s not a self-driving stack; it’s the unglamorous compliance/ops layer that AV teams actually need to run pilots without chaos. Realistically, adoption is easiest with small-to-mid fleets and robotics startups that lack mature internal tooling but face growing scrutiny and liability exposure.
