RouteProof

RouteProof is a mobile + web app for small and mid-sized delivery fleets that need defensible proof-of-delivery without expensive telematics. Drivers capture a quick “proof bundle” at each stop: timestamped photo(s), optional recipient name/signature, and a background GPS trace that’s summarized into a simple stop report. Dispatch gets a live dashboard showing completed, failed, and at-risk stops, plus automated customer notifications and a shareable POD link per delivery. The app focuses on reducing disputes and chargebacks by standardizing what evidence is collected and how it’s stored. It also includes lightweight route adherence checks (not full route optimization) to flag suspicious gaps, repeated “couldn’t deliver” patterns, or stops completed too fast to be real. It’s realistic: it won’t magically prevent theft, but it will make disputes cheaper and faster to resolve.
