RouteProof
RouteProof is a web + desktop app for mobile-robot teams to validate routes, traffic rules, and safety constraints in a lightweight “digital rehearsal” before pushing changes to the fleet. You import a map (ROS/SLAM exports or CAD), define no-go zones, speed limits, one-way aisles, docking approach vectors, and pedestrian crossing rules, then run fast scenario simulations (blocked aisle, temporary pallets, door closed, Wi‑Fi dead spot). The app flags likely failure points—tight turns, localization dropouts, bottlenecks, and rule conflicts—and generates a simple change report you can attach to a deployment ticket. It’s not a full physics simulator; it’s a pragmatic preflight checklist that catches the dumb, expensive mistakes that cause downtime, safety incidents, and late-night rollbacks. Integrations focus on exporting rule sets and route constraints to common robot stacks rather than replacing your existing fleet manager.
