RouteProof
RouteProof is a web + lightweight desktop agent app that continuously verifies real network paths between sites, clouds, and critical services. Instead of trusting static topology maps, it runs scheduled traceroute/MTR-style probes from approved vantage points (branch agents, cloud VMs, or containers) and stores the results as time-series “path fingerprints.” When latency spikes or a SaaS app slows down, RouteProof shows exactly which hop changed, which ASN/provider is involved, and whether the issue is inside your network or upstream. It also generates shareable incident evidence (before/after path diffs) for ISPs and cloud support tickets. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist: it clusters path changes and suggests likely root-cause domains (peering change, DNS shift, SD-WAN policy change) but does not pretend to magically fix networks. Realistically, success depends on tight agent deployment, clean UX, and credible reporting—not hype.
