RouteRation

RouteRation is a web app (with a lightweight driver mobile companion) for food subscription operators who deliver weekly boxes, meal kits, or prepared meals. It turns tomorrow’s orders into an optimized delivery plan that reduces miles, late deliveries, and spoiled items. You import orders from Shopify/WooCommerce/CSV, set delivery windows, vehicle capacity, cold-chain constraints (insulated bags, ice packs, max time out of refrigeration), and driver availability. The app generates routes, stop sequences, and packing lists per driver so boxes are loaded in drop order. It also sends customers accurate ETA texts and handles simple “not home” workflows (safe drop photos, neighbor drop rules). This is not glamorous, but it targets the unsexy operational pain that quietly kills margins in subscriptions: delivery inefficiency, refunds, and churn caused by missed windows and warm food.
