RouteRelay
RouteRelay is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that routes, deduplicates, and escalates customer and internal messages across email, chat, SMS, and social DMs. Instead of trying to replace your helpdesk or CRM, it sits in front of them as a “traffic controller”: it detects duplicates, enforces routing rules (team, priority, SLA), and pushes the message to the right system with full context. The AI layer classifies intent, urgency, and account value, but every decision is auditable and can be overridden. It also prevents channel chaos by locking ownership (no two agents replying in different channels) and maintaining a single conversation timeline. Realistically, the hard part is integrations and edge cases, so the MVP should focus on 3–4 high-demand channels and one destination system (e.g., Zendesk or HubSpot).
