RouteRoster

RouteRoster is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) for county and parish departments that run field crews—road & bridge, code enforcement, mosquito control, parks, utilities coordination, and inspections. It centralizes work orders from email, spreadsheets, and legacy systems into a single dispatch board, then builds realistic daily routes and assignments based on location, priority, crew skills, and time windows. Staff in the field get a simple checklist, offline notes, photos, and GPS-stamped completion. Supervisors see live status, missed stops, and workload by district, and can generate end-of-day reports for leadership and public records requests. This is not a “smart city” moonshot; it’s a practical layer that reduces windshield time, cuts back-and-forth calls, and makes performance defensible when budgets are tight.
