RouteSentry

RouteSentry is a web + desktop app that continuously monitors BGP and IGP control-plane signals and alerts network teams when something looks wrong: route leaks, unexpected AS-path changes, sudden prefix growth, flapping, or policy drift after a change window. It ingests live BGP updates (from your routers and public collectors), correlates them with your intended routing policy (simple rules + import/export expectations), and produces actionable alerts with “what changed, where, and likely impact.” This is not a magic “fix my network” tool; it’s a fast early-warning and triage system that reduces time-to-detect and time-to-explain. The MVP focuses on BGP because it’s where outages and reputational damage happen fastest. It also generates post-incident reports automatically so teams can document root cause without spending hours stitching logs together.
