The web dashboard then reconciles those observations against distributor shipment/depletion files and flags likely out-of-stocks, phantom inventory, and stores that need immediate follow-up. An AI layer reads shelf photos to estimate facings and detect missing SKUs, reducing manual entry and making audits faster. The app prioritizes the next best store visits by impact (velocity x risk), so small teams stop wasting time on low-value checks.
