RouteSplit is a web + mobile app for wholesale distributors running multi-stop deliveries with mixed pallets, partial drops, and frequent last-minute changes. It turns sales orders into realistic delivery runs by combining constraints like truck capacity, stop windows, driver hours, and customer unload time. Drivers get a simple mobile workflow: scan pallets/cases at load, confirm drop quantities, capture photos/signatures, and flag shortages instantly. Dispatch sees live ETAs, exceptions, and proof-of-delivery in one place, while customers receive automated delivery notifications. This is not a full ERP replacement; it plugs into what distributors already use (NetSuite, SAP Business One, QuickBooks Enterprise, etc.) and focuses on the messy “last mile” where most chargebacks, disputes, and margin leakage happen. The goal is fewer failed stops, fewer credits, and faster invoicing with defensible delivery evidence.
