RouteSwitch is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile dashboard) that helps mid-market merchants reduce payment failures and processing costs by dynamically routing transactions across multiple PSPs/acquirers. Instead of a full “gateway replacement,” it sits in front of your existing processors via a single API and rules engine. You can route by BIN country, card brand, amount, currency, issuer response codes, 3DS outcome, and real-time processor health. It includes a no-nonsense analytics panel: approval rate by route, cost per approved transaction, retry outcomes, and anomaly alerts. Setup focuses on reality: most teams don’t have time for months of integration, so RouteSwitch ships with prebuilt connectors for a small set of the most common PSPs and a clear playbook for adding the rest. It’s not magic—routing helps mainly when you already have volume and at least two processors—but when it helps, it’s measurable fast.
