RouteWatt
RouteWatt is a mobile + web app for last-mile fleets running electric vans, scooters, or cargo bikes. It plans routes that are actually drivable by modeling real energy use (vehicle type, payload, speed profile, elevation, temperature, wind, and stop density) instead of generic “EV range” guesses. Dispatchers get a day plan that assigns jobs to vehicles based on predicted state-of-charge at each stop, with optional mid-shift charging suggestions using live charger availability and reliability history. Drivers see a simple turn-by-turn route with a battery “confidence meter” and alerts when conditions change (traffic detours, cold snap) that could break the plan. It integrates with common telematics to learn each vehicle’s true consumption over time. This is not a consumer EV app; it’s an operations tool designed to reduce failed deliveries, rescue swaps, and overtime caused by bad range assumptions.
