RoutineDock

RoutineDock is a web + mobile app that turns classroom routines (entry, transitions, cleanup, dismissal, tech setup) into one-tap, timed checklists with student-facing display modes. Teachers build a routine once, then launch it from their phone or laptop; the class sees a clean visual timer and steps on the projector. The app logs how long each step actually took and where routines break down, so teachers can adjust procedures based on data instead of vibes. It includes quick “sub mode” exports: printable or shareable routine cards so substitutes can run the room without guessing. An optional AI assistant can draft routines from a prompt (grade, subject, room constraints) and suggest simplifications, but the core value works without AI. The goal is not fancy behavior analytics—it’s reliable, repeatable execution of procedures.
